AEP Nusantara Plantations operates six modern palm oil mills strategically located across Sumatra and Kalimantan. Our facilities combine cutting-edge technology with sustainable practices, processing both internal crops and supporting outgrowers while maintaining the highest environmental standards.
Our six mills process crops from both our own plantations and independent suppliers, while three mills are already equipped with biogas plants converting methane to renewable electricity, with an additional facility currently under construction.

PT AEPNP Mill - Advanced Technology Operations
All our mills operate in full compliance with the Indonesian Department of Environment's Program for Pollution Control Evaluation and Rating (PROPER). This program promotes accountability, operational transparency, and community participation in pollution control, with many criteria aligning with ISPO requirements.
Three of our mills have achieved 'Blue' status in PROPER audits, indicating full adherence to all environmental criteria. The remaining mills are currently undergoing comprehensive audits with the goal of achieving similar recognition.
We actively manage our water usage at the mills, implementing continuous improvement programs for resource optimization. Our commitment to sustainable resource management extends to waste reduction, energy efficiency, and circular economy principles.
