Mr. Goh Liang Yih was appointed as Director of PT AEP Nusantara Plantations in 2025, concurrently serving as the Chief Corporate Planning & ESG Officer at AEP Plantations Plc since 2024.

Pah Zi Qi, Director

Ms. Pah Zi Qi was appointed as a Director of PT AEP Nusantara Plantations in 2025.
She has more than 15 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, and corporate finance, with extensive exposure to the manufacturing, agribusiness, and professional services sectors.
She began her career as an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia (2009–2015), where she last held the position of Assistant Manager. She subsequently joined Goodyear (M) Bhd as Factory Accounting Manager (2015–2017). Since 2017, she has been with AEP Plantations Management Sdn Bhd, where she currently serves as Group Accountant and is part of the senior management team, with responsibilities encompassing group financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal control frameworks.
She holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) degree from Multimedia University, Malaysia, obtained in 2010, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Australia, having completed the qualification in 2013. Her strong foundation in financial management and operational oversight enables her to contribute effectively to the Board’s strategic direction and financial governance.

Ms. Sri Menda Ginting was appointed as Director of PT AEP Nusantara Plantations in 2025. He brings extensive legal expertise and over 25 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, compliance, and governance within the plantation industry.
Prior to joining AEP, he served at PT. Anglo Eastern Plantations Management Indonesia for 25 years (2000–2025), most recently as Legal Controller. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing legal matters, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance across the company's operations.
Ms. Sri Menda Ginting holds a Bachelor of Law (SH) from Universitas Sumatra Utara (1995) with a specialization in Civil Law, and a Notary qualification (CN) from the same university (2001). His strong legal background and deep understanding of plantation sector regulations make him a valuable asset in guiding the company's legal strategy and corporate compliance.
