The Group maintains a complete database of each and every one of our smallholders within our supply chain, with each arrival to the Group's mills recorded and its origin verified. By keeping close relationships with our suppliers, we are able to not only support them with technical and management expertise but also to inculcate our sustainability policies in their practices. Apart from independent smallholders, the Group has no other third-party suppliers.
Comprehensive traceability system tracking supply chain from farm to mill
We are committed to providing comprehensive training programs to improve the productivity and welfare of our suppliers. Workshops and field demonstrations are periodically provided to all our out-growers supplying to our mills. The training modules focus on best management practices and agronomic improvements, with special emphasis on effective harvesting methods and fruit quality standards.
